1. Use of this website

Content on this website (sermons, articles, book material and media) is provided for personal, non-commercial encouragement. Please do not republish without written permission.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability. Payment is processed securely via Flutterwave at checkout. We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel), Visa, Mastercard, and other methods available in Ghana cedis. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is successful.

3. Shipping

Orders within Ghana are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after confirmation. International delivery timelines vary by destination. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

4. Returns

Physical books may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Contact us via the contact page to initiate a return. Digital products (eBooks) are non-refundable once downloaded. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer unless the item was defective.

5. Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item ships for a full refund. Expected delivery dates are estimates and may shift. You will be notified of any significant changes to your pre-order timeline.
