4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Flutterwave. Card and mobile-money data is handled entirely by Flutterwave and never stored on this website. We only receive confirmation of successful transactions.
5. Data retention
Order and enquiry records are retained for up to 2 years for customer service and legal purposes. Newsletter subscription records are kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data at any time via the contact page.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via the contact page.
7. Cookies
